1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing the Assisted Living Blueprint (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Program is owned and operated by HOPE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or purchase this Program.

2. Eligibility

By using this Program, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement

  • You will use the Program in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Educational Purpose Only (No Professional Advice)

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in this Program constitutes:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Medical or clinical advice

You are responsible for consulting with qualified professionals (including attorneys, accountants, and regulatory authorities) before making decisions related to assisted living operations or investments.

4. No Guarantee of Results or Licensure

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We make no guarantees regarding financial results, profitability, or business success

  • We do not guarantee that you will obtain licensure, approvals, or permits

  • Assisted living regulations vary by state, city, and jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Conducting your own due diligence

  • Executing your business decisions

Any examples, case studies, or outcomes shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not promises of results.

5. No Healthcare or Client Relationship

Participation in this Program does not create:

  • A healthcare provider-patient relationship

  • A client-consultant relationship

  • Any fiduciary relationship

No clinical or medical services are being provided through this Program.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content is the exclusive property of HOPE LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Written materials

  • Frameworks

  • Systems

  • Branding and concepts

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Share login credentials

  • Resell or sublicense the Program

  • Use the content to create competing products or services

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Payment and Access

By purchasing the Program:

  • You agree to pay all fees in full at the time of purchase

  • Access is delivered via Podia

  • Access is typically granted on a lifetime basis unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to modify or update the Program at any time.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of this Program, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

9. User Conduct and Misuse

You agree to use the Program lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  • Misrepresent the Program or its outcomes

  • Share, distribute, or exploit the content

  • Use the Program in a way that violates any laws or regulations

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these Terms are violated.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Company or the Program.

11. Third-Party Services

The Program is hosted on Podia and may rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors).

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Payment processing errors

  • Third-party data practices

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • HOPE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • This includes loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunities

Maximum Liability:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Your use of this Program is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOPE LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Program

  • Your business activities

  • Your violation of these Terms

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Program at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
